Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Whats the deal with private caravan raiding?

As long as I’m not associated with a kingdom I can just kill caravans and sell their stuff. Nobody seems to give a shit until I choose to simulate the battle. I’m a millionaire now, so I’m not complaining. There doesn’t seem to be any downside to raiding caravans by the hundreds. On top of that, I’m pretty sure that killing other caravans makes my 15 caravans more profitable. Is this an exploit?
