I was charged 28k denars????

Why was I charged this crazy amount?? I am a Vassal with 6 settlements, 200 troops in one castle, and about 100 in my party. I don't understand the payment I just made and I logged out as soon aa that happened, fearing it'll happen again. Does that sound right?
