Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Are Nords boring?

When I first started playing Warband, I was Nords all the way. I was, and still am, a huge fan of Vikings. But I noticed that compared to the other factions, they kinda got the shit end of the stick when it comes to aesthetics. It's all brown and grey. The Nord Huscarl, the most powerful infantryman in the game, is covered from neck to knee in poop brown. Not to mention that the Nords really only have two distinct helmets, and they're both hideous. I was excited to get my hands on a spectacle helmet, only to find it kind of a chore to look at. It looks like it was made out of used tinfoil. Even the Swadians and Rhodoks, who are both based on Western Europe, managed to be visually appealing in their own ways. But it seems like the Nords just got the leftovers when it came to equipment. Am I alone in this?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
