Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. [AWOIAF] Can't take hostile actions toward villages

The option to loot and burn villages or force them to give supplies isn't available. Do I need to pledge myself to a kingdom? Do I need more men? Is it just a bug? Plz help, my dreams to be a wildling bandit lord are shattered.
