I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. So i'm playing a mod called "Warsword conquest", i'm currently with the Skaven Underworld and our enemy, Bretonnia has loads of cav units, when i tried ordering my troops to spear brace it worked and their cav were innefective.But then my troops just stayed idle bracing their spears, i tried to order them to follow me,charge etc...But they just stay idle and get massacred because they can't fight back. Is there anyway i could stop this from happening? Without spear bracing against their Heavy cav my troops are dead in seconds.I also tried other mods with spear bracing and i have the same problem every time, i don't know if my game is bugged or i'm just too stupid to know how it works.
