[AWOIAF] How do I navy?

Hello, I've started a campaign and I'm RPing as Euron. Got myself 3 ships of oak and 150 goodmen as a start and I plan on terrorizing Essos.

So I want to know everything there is to navy and ship system, like for example how do I toggle the sails on my ship(they don't show up in a battle), and also recommend me good units for naval warfare, tactics and targets.

My endgame is to marry Daenerys and bring back Harrenhal and riverland dominion, maybe even the North too.
