What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Why I deleted my save.

I tried to go siege Tulga and blitz the khergits. Mind you I had 250 top tier units, all capitani d'assedi, chevalier barronet, and husbondir. Maybe 20 tier 5 units in my army and the rest are tier 6.

I saw the icon on the map and thought 'Oh it must just be one of those dinky patrols with 50 men they won't even try to attack me.' So i sieged Tulga.

Oh my gods, when I saw the pop up menu saying 'You have encountered Tulga patrol. You have 250 men against their 1800' I think the game is fucking with me.

But I am playing a realistic save so I went and did battle. Had 50 men on the field at first because of high tactics on Lezalit and having 500 man battle size.

The first wave was regular Kherghit units, I was a little worried. Just about killed them all when i was knocked out and decided to pull back for the next wave.

The second wave... its all peasant women. and farmers. FUCKING PEASANTS. I just told my guys to charge. So much blood. There must have been a deluge of it. The teal text to the right could not scroll fast enough, my men were killing them so fast.

I'm now at a point where all the peasants are dead and the rest seems to be just manhunters and caravan guards. I must have killed 200 of them myself before I went down. Woden only knows how many my men cut down. Donkeys and sumpter horses Everywhere... after the second wave of manhunters the central area became clogged with donkeys. My infantry had a field day with the stagnant cavalry.

I was unhorsed after a good few hundred kills with nothing by my lance and my loyal steed (as well as some very high quality plate armor.) I pull out my twohander and start flailing left and right in a frenzy like my only son's life depends on it. My armor was totally red, soaked in the insectoid blood of these endless hordes.

I called my army to rally on me. A circle of these vile manhunters had formed around me, encasing me in a wall of flesh. From the inside I was splitting heads with a kind of dispatch and fanaticism I did not know I possessed. My knights desperately cutting away at the edges to free their lord. All for naught, as I soon succumbed to the endless spam of "Recieved 1 damage."

And even though I am out, my troops, with their hearts burning full of passion and loyalty, they gather around the body of their fallen leader. They fight to the very last man around my fallen body, never faltering, never stalling or showing any sign of tiredness. No, they only know vengeance against this terrible mass of wretchedness. 40 manhunters are killed before another one of my men go down. Truly a battle worthy of song. We lived by the sword, and we died by the sword. And I would not have it any other way.

I don't even care if they will win the battle (Floris so they fight while I'm down). This is only way to end this savegame. I conquered half Calradia at this point. But it doesn't matter, this is where I want my end to be.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
