What are the irl units for warband's units?

So weapons have some length in some unit, some weight, and ranged weapons have a missile speed in some measure of velocity. What are they, exactly?

Is weight kilograms, length centimeters, and projectile speed meters per second? Because they do not seem to be exactly.
