Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [Dickplomacy]Custom Troop Tree Funds

So, I created my own kingdom and want to make my own troops. But the funds are atrocious. Can I increase funds somehow or entirely remove the requirement? I've been searching for the answer for a few days already but found absolutely nothing.
