Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any mods at all cause the game to crash

Basically the title. I unlocked the .dll and everything, and tried each mod one at a time in order to find out what the conflict was but they all crash my game, even ones that have worked in the past. All mods are up to date and so is the game. Any suggestions? I love this game but stopped playing months ago for this very reason and can't see myself ever picking it back up or recommending it to anyone if this is still such an unnecessary problem.
