Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is there any way to disable the cheat inventory with cheats?

Basically i just wanna use the gold cheat and the click teleport one but just enabling cheats makes all the items appear in your inventory. Anyway to disable it?
