Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Haven't played Bannerlord since May 21

I have 50 hours and loved the game but was waiting for bug fixes and new things. I also saw there is a new patch coming. So I was wondering how is the curent state? Should I start now or wait for the new patch? What are the big changes since May?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
