Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. No weapons in tournaments bug

I play with no mods, I have verified files and deleted all my saves.

I have a bug with every new campaign I start where I and every other npc will spawn in with no weapons, apart from a couple may spawn with a bow. I feel like I’ve tried everything and it is ruining the game at this point as this is no small bug. If anyone else has this problem and has maybe fixed it I would love to hear what you have to say, its quite frankly really frustrated me trying to sort the problem out and there seems to be very few forum posts about it. Thanks :)
