Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. War Is The Way, The Only Way... Basically don't give too much troops to your vassals' garrison. A surplus amount of "STRENGTH" will lead to a world domination. (Basically non-stop vote to declare war on everyone). yes I use cheat, just to test out.
