Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Expand Garrison?

Is there a way to expand the garrison?

I already have my fiefs with everything on lvl3 and still can have max.600-700 soldiers in there. is there a way to expand it?

Some castles have from 1500 to 2k soldiers in the garrison
