Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can I load my game from 1.5.2 or is it not safe/stable? 300 days and don’t want it to go to waste

It was a Khuzait campaign and I was given a lot of fiefs. Don’t want it to go to waste tho. So what kind of problems would I face in reloading and playing it now that it’s 1.5.3?
