Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why am I even forming armies anymore?

At around 120h in my first campaign, waiting for my main character to die of old age. I can't complain about what Rhaega gave me early on, I've got 2 towns and 3 castles...but since then I don't think I've even been up for vote despite having been the one that's taken 3 towns and 5 castles since then, through armies I formed. It can't possibly be that hard to find an algorithm to reward houses based on their military contribution in any given war for fiefs conquered...I'm seriously about to bail because it's getting that ridiculous.
