Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. "Monsters' From Men" Mod Disappearance

Does anyone have any idea what happened the Witcher mod that was planned? Art for it is still available online, but the actual mod page is gone.

I was quite excited for it, so it is rather disappointing to see it deleted suddenly.
