Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Fantasy mod idea

Basically an overhaul mod that instead of following a pre-established work like ASOIAF, LOTR, or WOT, the mod would change calradia into a basic fantasy land. add magic, replace looters and bandits with orcs and goblins, and change the empire into an “EVIL” empire. Also maybe during winter Drauger armies could rise from the dead and siege random cities. IDK I Just got the idea and wanted to share I think it would be dope.
