In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? I've researched how to give my companions roles, and supposedly the clan screen to do so is bugged. The work around is to talk to them directly, and I should be able to do so by going to the party screen and clicking their name, however, as the image shows having clicked their name there is no option to talk. Am I missing something obvious? [link] [comments] |
