Napoleonic Warfare Items only is gone?

Lack of variety

Anyone else miffed by the fact that armors and weapons don't really have much variety ? Every city has almost the same collection of weapons and maybe some variation with 1-2 faction specific armors. They should really add more and have them show up at random rather than being slowly unlocked as you progress.
