How to deploy a part of your army?

I mean the moment I earn a new town one of its settlements go up in flames. I dont want to march 500-1000 soldiers around just to scare of or even engage a bunch of 90-100 raiders. Is there a mod that makes all Companions you find in the world level 1?

I seriously enjoy raising Companions from low levels and choosing what perks they get myself.

The game just isn't set up for that. In the past I used V's Rookie Companions Mod but it seems to only crash the game now.

Is there another mod that does the same thing...?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
