Is there a mod that makes all Companions you find in the world level 1?

I seriously enjoy raising Companions from low levels and choosing what perks they get myself.

The game just isn't set up for that. In the past I used V's Rookie Companions Mod but it seems to only crash the game now.

Is there another mod that does the same thing...?
