Experiencing ship noclip bug In 1.4.8 WS Realm of Thrones. Anyone else had this?

I installed the above mod on the above version of war sails. Fancied RP-ing as a pirate. Have found however that I’ve started to experience a bug, particularly after getting myself a sweet dromon. When boarding another ship, after about 30 seconds or so my dromon will bug out, and the deck will noclip. All my crew fall into the water, then get stuck in a loop of climbing up the net, and falling back in, until they all start to drown. The fore and aft remain.. clipped? And can be stood on. The second you try and walk on the main deck you just fall in and have to swim outside the bounds of the ship. This seems to happen in every single battle. It seems to happen to enemy ships sometimes too. Just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this, and what if anything managed to fix it. Trying to figure out a mod problem - Warband

Long boring background story short: Something is weird with my modules folder. When I fire up Warband, I'm offered Native, Pendor 3.9.5, and Diplomacy to play.

My modules folder only has Native and Pendor 3.9.2.

???

Diplomacy and Pendor both work, but I have no idea where they're pathing to, or what's going on.

It looks like Warband is looking at a different folder for its mods almost?

I'm totally confused if anyone knows what's going on, or where to manually find the mod path that M&B uses

Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled, mods are still there. I'm thinking steam has something to do with them

Detailed Mariner Unit Analysis/Tier List for Campaign

TL;DR Tier List. These are my personal notes and I acknowledge it is just my opinion, just posted to hopefully help others S: Imperial Naute A: Battanian Skipari, Vlandian Nauta, Nord Huscarl, B: Sturgian Reaver, Nord Berserkr, Aserai Bahriyyah, C: Corsair Chief, Nord Skjaldbrestir, Nord Chosen of the Sky-God, Sea Raider Chief D: Various Convoy Guards, Nord Ulfhedinn, F: Nord Youngling Testing is done in actual campaign as well as using custom battles and the Retinue mod to look directly at stats/equipment. General Observations: Shields are required, otherwise you get shredded by ranged attacks. Skills and ship upgrades can boost shield health massively, with some like the Nord Decorated Shield crossing 2,000 hp! I've seen Huscarls with 20+ Javelins in their unbroken shield at the end of a battle. Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla.
