Are any of the big overhaul mods (Game of Thrones, LoTR, Warhammer, rtc) complete?

Ive been waiting awhile for a big overhaul mod in Bannerlord to reach completion or near-completion. Ive looked into a couple, but cant really tell without playing. Are there any like that? submitted by /u/insaneruffles [link] [comments]

Town Relation needed to build an enterprise in Perisno

I think it used to be 5, but it seems it got increased as I can't get one even with 2 trade, which supposedly reduces the required relation. Is anyone more knowledgeable than me on this mechanic?
