So i've been doing a playthrough (Like anyone should unless you bought the game to brag that you bought the game or some shit) and I am doing genghis khan strat (Or at least trying) and my gang chased some looters and we were outnumbered but they still did the "Pls let us join I promise we'll be good" and I said yes and then immediately sent them to a castle for garrison influence (Mercenary gang) and I was wondering, could you make a build out of this? Are there any stats that directly influence the prompt (Outside of combat power) that could add like leadership or charm (Side question but has anyone done a playthrough where the battanians aren't always fucking bullied)
