PoP: Is it possible to rename cities in game?

I swear I’ve seen people play the game and have castles and cities with there own name. And I know it’s possible because I’ve seen other mods add the ability to rename a city through the cities menu. Is that not in prophesy of pendor and I’m just mistaking? Thanks
