And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]
I've begun noticing this behavior recently where a battle seems to be taking forever to finish - but when you check, there are only a few enemy troops left who just won't die. I ride up and see a mass of my troops surrounding them but seemingly just interfering with each other so badly that the enemy is untouched. I have to recall my troops somewhere else in the battlefield and then charge them back in - or just go kill the remaining four infantry that my troops can't manage to defeat.
Is this a known problem? I've been playing this game for years and it's the first time it's been such a pain in the butt.
