breweries not working?

Been playing bannerlord since it first released and breweries have always seemed to be one of the most profitable workshops. New version so I decided to start a new vlandian campaign and none of the breweries are working. Held onto one for roughly 100 days and still never produced anything even made sure it was the only one im the town. Anyone else having this issue?
