i need some help cause nothing is working );

ive been trying to launch bannerlord version 1.7.0 but i just cant. ive deleted all the mods and reinstalled it 3 or 4 times verifying the files everytime i reinstall or get a problem but i just keep getting "the application faced a problem. we need to collect files to fix this blah blah blah". doesnt make sense.
