Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Still not satisfied with current game state.

So after a few months of not playing I thought I should jump back on and see how things have got on. As I do not tend to follow updates because of the amount of unnecessary hotfixes, then to see that things have not changed much at all. I'm getting game crashes when opening the 'party' menu and if I'm going to be honest... vanilla game just seems so bland and tedious.

The game has been out for 2 1/2 years ish now and it still feels the same as it did a year ago. I haven't been into pc gaming long, the only reason I got into it was because i was excited to play bannerlord then to my surprise it isn't that great. Is it normal for games to stay in early access for this long and drip feed content? I really hope I'm not the only one who feels like this.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
