How to get a good heir/ leveled family?

I’m trying to expand my clan, and make sure that I have a couple possible heirs, and I just wanted to get some tips on how to level up your family? My wife is pretty good as she’s Rhagaea’s daughter Ira I believe. I have a couple of sister in laws that kinda suck and my brother is a decent warrior but lacks in the stewardship/leadership role a bit. My wife is pregnant, and I just want to know of good ways to level them up. My wife and and brother are both governors of a city each.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
