And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

So my city Tyal, was being sieged, it was 800 to my 500, I thought “man I’m gonna lose this” cause this is actually my first time ever defending from a siege, like first ever. And after micro managing and doing an much damage as possible I was able to pull through as they fled the battlefield, this wouldn’t have been possible if my AI troops didn’t sacrifice themselves to jump into a group to fight back and give a chance for my archers to shoot them, may those troops rest In peace, they will be remembered.
