Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can you bribe lords that dislike you?

I'm fighting the western empire and this is the first time I ever tried to bribe a clan leader. I was just wondering whether or not it is possible with someone you have negative relation with.
