Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is there a way to get people executed without personally doing yourself

I try handing a captured noble over to someone the encyclopedia says is their enemy expecting them to be killed but it’s only ever worked once out of like 6 times so far, and the guy it did work on was from a rebel clan so I figure he was gonna get chopped anyway. Just wondering if anyone knows if there’s a way to get other ppl whacked cuz there’s a few enemies I want out of the picture without making myself have the reputation of being the axeman
