How to improve auto resolve outcomes?

I auto-resolve 90% of the fights I get into, what can I do for better results? Should I find 1-2 companions with high tactics skill and keep them in my party? Will that help? Do I have to assign them into any role? There is no slot for tactics role, is it enough if I just keep them in my party? As for sieges, should I keep a companion with high engineering skill and assign him in the engineering slot? Weird Body Glitch (PLEASE HELP!)

Weird Body Glitch (PLEASE HELP!)

So I was just playing some bannerlord (with these mods) and everything is working pretty well... like an hour in I realize that my character looks wrong (I made him with a tall ripped dude) then I went to the character editor area (V) and noticed the body was totally different. What mod or error could be causing this? Please HELP! All pictures of mods and the body attached below.
