Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Who should I increase relations with

Just got bannerlord and doing missions/quests for towns. From the quest givers, who should I want a positive relation ship. Like gang leader, merchants, etc... or should I just do any quests available?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
