How to improve auto resolve outcomes?

I auto-resolve 90% of the fights I get into, what can I do for better results? Should I find 1-2 companions with high tactics skill and keep them in my party? Will that help? Do I have to assign them into any role? There is no slot for tactics role, is it enough if I just keep them in my party? As for sieges, should I keep a companion with high engineering skill and assign him in the engineering slot? I just simply suck at fighting and I am better at overall map-control. submitted by /u/Horcsogg [link] [comments]

I unfortunately took a couched lance to the face while I was harassing their Mamluke Cavalry fairly early into the fight but luckily I had my army set up in a fairly advantageous position so they took heavy losses against my infantry and cavalry immediately after I went down (cavalry was already behind their line with the infantry right in front of them). I think it also helped that I took out most of their lords myself by baiting them into my infantry line.

This was the very first time I've fought the Aserai during this entire campaign. We've declared war on them a few times in the past, but they were simply too far away every time and we eventually sought peace, but this time they had crept up north while fighting other kingdoms and I just happened to have an army on their border when they declared war. Just a day later this army wanders into my land so I had to teach them a lesson.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
