Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place

The Army I'm in was seizing a city but then a larger enemy Army appeared and they assaulted our Siege camp I can't send troops and I have to attack in person no matter what I do I can't send troops I got taken down and I still can't send troops so I have to reload and then fight the battle again it's like my sixth time fighting it and no matter what I do I can't win because it's not my Army so I only have control over a section of troops I need help on how to get out of this
