Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. How do you make money?

I'm having to stop sieging castles because my daily expenses are at -25,000. So even after defeating massive armies and selling everything I'm immediately out of money again days later. I'm at the max number of workshops. I've unchecked unlimited wages and everytime I look again it's somehow rechecked. Could that be it?

It'd be nice to be able to siege a castle and a town without needing to ride back to my territory for money every few days lol
