Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What do I need to do to get the chance to get a lord piece of equipment, Do I need to kill them or just by defeat them?, and yes you can get lord's equipment what I'm asking what are the steps to get it
