Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. What do I need to do to get the chance to get a lord piece of equipment, Do I need to kill them or just by defeat them?, and yes you can get lord's equipment what I'm asking what are the steps to get it
