I tried everything to fix this dunno what to do anymore. please help (modded bannerlord)

Ive lost all interest in vanilla so wanted to try 1259AD mod. cant get it to work. Game would open but when i start new game it crashes during loading. Error says in the picture.

Tried to reinstall mods. tried verifying game files. Tried isolating the mods and it seems to just crash with 1259mod. Is the mod just broken or am I missing something?
