Made my first Bannerlord video — feedback welcome, especially on audio

Just uploaded my first ever Bannerlord video, a cinematic campaign playthrough following a Battanian mercenary clan fighting to hold back the kingdoms closing in on all sides. Would love feedback from anyone willing to watch — particularly on the audio. The voiceover doesn't feel like it sits naturally with the gameplay footage and I can't quite figure out what's off. Any Bannerlord players who also make content and have dealt with this would be massively helpful. Am I missing something with medicine?

I see posts talking about minimizing casualties always talking about leveling medicine and how op it is and I’m kinda confused. I get that the 275 perk is really strong, but it doesn’t affect the casualty ratio right? and the maxed medicine skill overall gives like a 1% higher chance of surviving. is there something I’m missing?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
