i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Warband offline play

I've been searching for a way to play Warband offline but I've had no luck. I have the Steam version and anytime I start it up it says my trial is over and asks for an activation code which I put in then it promptly closes. When I start it again it says my trial is over and asks for my activation code. I've tried installing the version from the Taleworlds website but it asks for the same thing. Is there a way to play offline? Thanks in advance!
