Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Console player wanting to switch to PC. Have some questions

I originally got warband on xbox but I am looking into getting it on steam now so that I can play the DLC and mods. I am so used to the feel and play of the xbox controller that I'm wondering how the transition is or if I can just use the controller with no loss of features?

It would be perfect if I can link my xbox controller to my pc and play using the controller, but I wasn't sure if the steam version would be as compatible with the controller? I also have a Samsung tv with the steam link app on it so I plan on using that to stream it.

Basically I just want to continue using my xbox controller to play the steam version for mods and dlc but am concerned I may not have full function with just the xbox controller

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
