[ACOK] 4.1 - What are the best troops? Are Unsullied worth it? Etc.

Have tried searching for this, but so far I have only seen outdated answers etc.

So, the question(s) go like this:

What are the troops (Inf. melee, ranged, cav) overall?

What are the best troops for taking prisoners?

Are freelancers worth it?

Are Unsullied worth it?
