Just came back to bannerlord 1.3 something after two years

And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

Few quick questions on ACOK (4.1)

Hey everyone, new to the mod. Few questions real quick.

1) Are there any weapons that are overbalanced/underbalanced in the mod? For instance, how useful is horse archery? Is it incredibly powerful like PoP or on the weak side?

2) Anything that I should look out for?

3) Any general advice on starting? I know some mods put a higher emphasis on things like honor. How important is it and does things like raiding hurt it?

Edit: Or for instance, since I can't recruit peasants until i have 75 renown, where do I go from here in the beginning?

Thanks!

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
