[VC] How to raise relations with Sea Warriors faction (Vikings)?

I was trying to make it easier to recruit elite vikingr parties but no matter what I do I only seem to lower my relations with them, I helped them fight a thieves party once but I didn't get any positive relation change, is there some other way to do this?
