Want to start pendor, but want advice first.

I am a pretty experienced player and the continuous support of pendor on this sub has persuaded me enough to decide to get it.

First of all, how would I go about downloading this mod.

Also, what settings/cheats would you guys recommend for a player who is just starting his first play through for the first time? I saw one player say he started with 10 to all the skills/attributes. Is this common?

Finally, what general advice about the mod is worth noting?
