Are Naute just better Legionary now ? I think they are and Legionaries need a buff

I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. Really was surprised by how good the Naute are compared to Legionaries or other infantry from other factions. submitted by /u/KolkanCova [link] [comments]

Viking Conquest Question

Is shield wall glitched / ineffective in this game? When my units in the shield wall engage other units they start shuffling around wildly and seem to get killed. Would I be better off just using ranks and not bother with the shield wall formation?
