Napoleonic Warfare Items only is gone?

Making a horse archer build. Any starting tips?

Just started a new game and I decided to make a horse archer build. I have 5 points in agility, 2 in power draw, 2 in riding, and 80 in archery. I’m recruiting mostly khergit and nord Tripp’s but I’m not exactly sure where to go. Does anyone have any tips for getting the best horse archer build?
